Epworth Music Day
Loved it all.
More dancing would be lovely. The children were grand. I would love to see more schools taking part.........

We had a great day as watcher/listeners. 3 good things - everyone, ie all the organisers, stewards, performers and punters were very friendly, happy & cheerful, so the atmosphere was excellent, the car parking was well signed so easy to find, and manned by great stewards, the performers were obviously enjoying themselves as much as us watchers which again complimented the happy atmosphere. 2 bad things - well you could have ordered better weather!! , more punters should come as it is such a good day.
No one could be better than the ladies on tea duty up at the church!! Yippee for them!!
Well done to you all - we had a great day as watchers/listeners and would like to extend our thanks to all the organisers, stewards, tea ladies at the church, and of course the performers - thank you so much, and looking forward to next year!!
What a fantastic day of music. Brilliant concert at the church tonight. Really high standard of musicianship. Huge congrats and thanks to Peter Barnard, Kate and all the team who have worked so hard to make this event a great success. How lovely to see Epworth buzzing and bustling and the pubs and the church full!!!

What a day yesterday was! Slightly damp morning in Epworth with lots of brave audience being drizzled on.
Wonderful day, our first music festival, loved the range of music throughout the day. The final concert in St. Andrew's was superb, summing up the eclectic nature of the festival and also the extraordinary talents on display.
Arrived to see our good friend Chris 'Jolly Roger' Heald perfom his "clean" Rum Direction set at 10am and visited a number of the venues to check out a variety of genres and acts! Finished it off with the fabulous Ramble Gamble in the Imperial Hall!
A brilliant day of music and great organization from all involved! Having spent last weekend at Download Festival...I wish they could execute that event as well as Peter Barnard et al!
I look forward to next year!
Just a note to say how much we enjoyed the Music Day today and how good it was and particularly to see so many young talented musicians playing. They were most skilled and a joy to hear.
