I thought the Music Day in Epworth was one of the most joyous and lovely events I've performed at in a long time. Well done to everybody involved in the excellent organisation. Long may it continue.
Epworth felt good, and the mix of venues and types of music offered a diverse and cultural experience .....
If this is annual - count us in for next year.
Totally whacked after a great day at the Epworth Music Day. The whole village turned out for the event with music and crowds on every street corner........
What a wonderful musical day at Epworth! Sun shining, lovely venues and a host of talented folk sharing their music from 10 am to 10 pm! We even had a songthrush accompany the brass ensemble at the Vinegarth, which was magical! Well done to all who organised this annual event and we look forward to June 2015!! Brilliant day all round. Just a few lines to say a big Thank You, to you and all the people involved in organising and running the Epworth Music Day, which was tremendously successful. Living in Epworth, I have received so much positive feedback from people everywhere. Everyone seemed to enjoy it a lot. The organisation was brilliant!! Well done! There was so much musical variety to enjoy .... something for everyone
Everything seemed to go perfectly on the day - and you booked the weather just right.
My son-in-law from London thought it was a great idea and laughingly suggested that he would bring his band up next year. He said that every time he comes to Epworth there is always something going on. ...... We often forget/overlook the many good things that the people of Epworth do.
I think congrats are in order for Saturday. I've spoken to a number of people who were all impressed, including some of the artists who were performing on the day.
